  • Only Returns are accepted, no Exchanges.
  • Each order is eligible for return only once.
  • A flat fee of Rs.140 is applicable for all returns.
  • Refund will be made in form of Store Credit only.
  • Refund amount will be reflected in your wallet once the pickup is done from your place.
  • Return Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please ensure that product is unwashed and unused.
  • Sale items are not applicable for Return.
  • To begin with, you should have an account with us. You cannot process the return if you ordered as a guest.
  • Login to your account and you will get to see the list of your previous orders.
  • Click on the particular order you want to return. Select the item by ticking the box & Write the correct reason for Return.
  • After placing the return request, Please wait until our team approves the request and mail you the same.
  • Once the request is approved and the pickup is done from your place. Your wallet will be credited with the left over amount after deducting Rs.140.
  • You can use this amount to place another order anytime in the future.

  • We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. Our shipping time is 2 days and Delivery time is 5-6 days after the order is shipped. We would request you to wait for 10 days before you reach out to us for delivery complaint

  • We provide both Online (prepayment) and Cash on Delivery option for Ordering on our site.

     For Online you can pay via Googlepay, PhonePe, Paytm (bank not wallet), Net banking, Debit and Credit Cards etc.

    If you choose CoD you have to pay the amount in cash or online to the delivery agent when they arrive at your door.

  • We are happy to inform you that we give free shipping on all Prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) Option costs rs.100 extra which is charged by the courier company.

    PS- In case, if you place an order above rs.2600 under CoD, We would contact and request you to pay some amount in advance.

  • You will receive the tracking Number within 24-48 hours of placing the order via Mail.
